Job Description

The intern will support Learning & Development Manager to identify, create and deliver performance support tools, e-learning, blended training and classroom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a culture of collaborative learning and knowledge sharing in store or office; • Support L&D Manager and partners to Schedule and coordinate meetings and training activities; • Actively support in analyzing business needs and propose training projects and activities; • Seek and analyze competitor trainings by mystery shopper in order to learn about market best practices; • In store attachment to understand teams’ needs and best practices; • Create or update training databases and prepare presentations; • Assist with print production of training material.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign languages, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing • Customer service or Retail experience is preferable; • Fluent in English and a second language preferable (French or Chinese); • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
