Job Description

The Learning and Development Officer playing the role to support the Learning & Development Function for the Division office and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in creating and implementing training programs
• Amend and revise training programs as necessary, maintain the training calendar, training records and keep the training facilities and environment in a professional manner
• Co-ordinate training with vendors and participants.
• Support the e-learning activities and act as the contact point of each modules launch
• Prepare training related administrative works and reports
• Prepare and edit the monthly newsletter as well as staff communications and relations
• Support & organize staff engagement activities, meetings, etc
• Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years learning and development/ Admin experience in a fast-paced environment, with retail experience is preferred
• Self-starter, able to work independently with a “can-do” attitude
• Function as a resourceful and proactive team member
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and prioritization skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
