Job Description

To assist the inventory supervisor to manage and maintain an accurate stock level within the DC as per budgetary guidelines and in compliance to the standard operating procedures of Warehouse Management System (WMS). To achieve DC standards and KPI’s are meet as agreed with management Ensure Inventory Control Supervisor is updated daily on the accomplishments, changing priorities, call outs, irregularities and concerns from both internal and external stakeholders on all areas of inventory management within the DC

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform daily system allocations, system priorities and short allocations, are processed on timely manner and in accordance with DC targets.
• To process transfers and Receipts accuracy of stocks from / to stores and other divisions.
• To Process damaged goods, write off and write in in accordance with regional policy and Company procedures and to maintain a track report on defective and damages products.
• Lost & Found report to be managed and investigated on weekly basis.
• To monitor and review items UPC’s, Trans-pack size, expiration dates on monthly basis and process adjustment as necessary.
• All paperwork and documents are filed accurately within agreed timeframes
• To perform end of day tasks, closing report, and filling of paperwork / documents are processed accurately.
• To prepare necessary reports as per established time frame.
• To liaise with system support team, on all system related matters.
• To carry out other reasonable tasks assigned to him by the Asst. manager / manager.
• Identify and record supplier concerns
• Ensure goals and objectives are set and remain focused on overall business and review progress of these on a regular basis.
• To ensure inventory management functions are carried out via WMS/MCS as appropriate and required by the WMS SOP
• Provide key DC management /inventory reports via extraction, extrapolation, reconfiguration from WMS /MCS data base
• Assist in other operational functions as and when requested by management
• To participate in stock count, cycle count, and quality control processes.
• Proper use of WMS and related equipment
• Maintain safe working environment, and daily housekeeping

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
• Experience and Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
• Proficient in using MS - Office.
• Proficient in English
