Job Description

This role will collaborate with both internal departments and external brand partners to onboard brand partners with DFS omni channel platforms, ensure the brand boutique has been build and maintained up to date, latest product has been reflected online, categories are proper maintained. In order to drive sales both online and offline and optimize customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard vendor & keep online assortment up to date:
• Work with merchant team & keep online assortment refreshed timely, including create SOPs, keep progress on track, with trackers and reporting provided regularly
• Proactively communicating with brand provide advise / solutions to brands if any Fashion shooting / creative delivery:
• Support team to define shooting products, trim down from CSKU to Item style level
• Work with merchant & R&A & Warehouse & Store to locate products and arrange logistics from Warehouse / Store to Corp office, from Corp Office to shooting studio until safety return
• Pack, unpack and check products in different checking point, making sure products will be safely arrived at shooting studio and retuned with right amount without damage
• Line up with shooting studio, provide shooting guide and art directions
• Provide retouch guide & follow up until images are properly delivered to digital content operation agency for enrichment
• Working with creative studio to generate product title & description
• Management project timeline & shooting budget, to make sure we deliver on time within budget Omni Channel operation:
• Work with brands to keep brand boutique updated
• Marketing hierarchy operations
• Collaborate closely front-end and agency to continuously optimize search
• All other platform operations, including trendy brands update etc. Campaigns/Livestreaming/Micro-site:
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide support regarding campaigns/Livestreaming/Micro-site, on a timely manner and raise risk if any
• Provide advice and suggestions whenever necessary Product development:
• Work with IT closely on system enhancement, ticket fixing

Key Requirements:

• Creative knowledge about design and copy, with good art sense, able to provide guidelines of visual direction and copy direction, further revision advice
• Good knowledge in Fashion, WJA, Beauty products and trends, understanding of product selling point from brand point of view, with digital marketing sense
• Great presentation skill & communication skill, confident to speak with brands partners & able to convince
• Good at project management
• Experienced with creative agency management
• Fast learner & self-starter, attention to details
• English & fluent mandarin required
• Relevant product development knowledge, IT knowledge a plus
• Relevant experience in E-Commerce or Digital Content Management a plus
