Key Responsibilities:

• Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required. Ability to analyze data.
• Coordinate the merchandising beauty teams on marketing projects with brand partners.
• Assist on global Category Management implementation.
• Assist on competition analysis on animation assets, pricing policies.
• Coordinate the assets needed for the opening of new stores, and other ad-hoc projects.

Key Requirements:

• Maturity and Ownership
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to a variety of organizational levels.
• Good at problem solving abilities and handling multiple priorities.
• Interest in the Retail industry, previous experience in the cosmetics / retail sector preferred.
• Detail oriented, curious and pro-active profile.
• Digital savvy and familiar with different social media channels (WeChat, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) would be a plus.
