Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-going support to Digital Learning team including but not limited to the following areas:
• Develop digital learning content using best instructional design and project management practices working alongside internal and external subject matter experts
• Prepare and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan, coordinate and administer UAT and pilot runs of digital learning content, related systems or tools and perform testing where required
• Manage the administration and upkeep of digital learning content asset library
• Perform research and test new elearning development tools or multi-media deployment systems, approaches, methodologies and to recommend the acquisition of appropriate tools and system
• Drive adoption of learning management system and completion of digital learning modules
• Drive engagement of digital learning champions and ambassadors in the e-CAMPUS division leaders community

Key Requirements:

• IT, HR, Psychology, Communications, and/or Digital Media-related university majors/minors passionate in adult learning practices and methodologies
• Proven experience in elearning development using Articulate 360 and other commonly used digital learning content authoring tools and technology
• Strong elearning project management skills
• Good knowledge of LMS standards e.g. AICC, SCORM, TinCan, etc
• Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Adobe Photoshop and other related IT applications or system will be an advantage
• Experience in web application testing, developing test documents and managing user acceptance test will be an advantage
• Good command of English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively, taking a leading role where required and supporting where appropriate
