Job Description

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing Human Resources support to the Corporate and Global Merchandising function and will have opportunities to manage International Assignees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all current and former employee data in SAP HR and performance management system.
• Maintain all current and former employee personnel files.
• Responsible for on/off boarding process and preparation of salary proposal/offer.
• Responsible for initiating benefits program for all staff (new hire, internal changes, open-enrollment, and invoices).
• Responsible for administering employee leaves.
• Maintain Hong Kong work visas for International Assignees, initiate renewal process in a timely manner, liaise and reply to enquiries from the Immigration Department, if required.
• Maintain company housing records for International Assignee; liaise with internal and external clients on home search, arrangement of tenancy agreement, move-in procedure, and renewal process.
• Coordinate employee relocation with external vendors.
• Assist on non-management Performance Management Process.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence for all employment-related matters.
• Assist with maintenance of organizational charts.
• Responsible for monthly invoice processing.
• Provide support on employee activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Responsible on the planning on Intern catch up.

Key Requirements:
• University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in sizeable organization preferred.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and ability to deal with Ambiguity/Change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with SAP HR a plus.
• Computer literacy and conversant with labor regulations.
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy, fast learner, outgoing and a team player with a “Can-do” attitude.
• Maintains all employee and departmental information in strict confidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proactive team member, good at problem solving abilities and handling multiple priorities.
