Job Description

The HR officer will work in the Global Learning & Talent Development team to provide day-to-day support on the recruitment and execution of the Graduate Development Program and Accelerated Leadership Program. We are looking for an individual with good learning attitude, time management, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills to join the team. Preferably, the individual should have had experience of working in a regional (South-East Asia, Asia Pacific) or global HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Graduate Development Program (GDP) & Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP)
• Assist in the co-ordination and execution of GDP and ALP hiring events internally and externally, including the preparation of new hire documentations and reporting
• Screen GDP and ALP candidates for roles based in South-East Asia and Asia Pacific
• Coordinate external profiling interview and tests for shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate interviews between senior leaders in DFS across division/functions and candidates via bluejeans. Provide support on the interview (such as interview guide/ how to use the video conference etc)
• Assist in on-boarding of new Management Trainees and ALP hires, including planning and execution of orientation programs
• Assist in updating GDP and ALP records on regular basis and ensure that records are accurate
• Collate and save GDP and ALP reports, performance review in organised and accurate manner
• Plan, coordinate and execute Management Trainee events, including coordination of F&B and logistics
• Coordinate and support in non-local employee mobility process (visa application, flight, accommodation)

2. Talent Development & Management
• Conduct research and assist in the formulation of recruitment strategies for new markets such as China and South-East Asia
• Assist in preparation of materials for talent review sessions
• Any other ad hoc duties

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a HR related role
• Experience with South-East Asia, Asia Pacific (including China) markets
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a team
• Good time management, organizational, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
