Job Description

The main duties will be to provide data analytics support to the team by analysing, modelling and reconciling data from multiple HR sources. Ideal candidate will have strong analytical and data skills with experience of interpreting and producing high quality accurate data. This is an opportunity for either a recent graduate with a strong statistics or econometrics background or someone with experience in an analytical role looking to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide analysis and insights from various data sources to support development of Global HR strategy and initiatives
• Collect data and develop insights from external benchmarking and internal practices
• Reporting, analysis and presentation activities in support of Global HR initiatives
• Support the communication of HR policies and practices
• Support the planning & delivery of specific HR projects

Key Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
• Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in consulting industry, HR related function or similar analytical role
• For an outstanding candidate we would also consider a recent graduate
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• A self-starter who is able to work with ambiguity
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
