Job Description

The HR Administrative Manager remains focused on the effectiveness of HR Administration, Payroll and employee related expense lines in the business unit, connected on staffing related administration, productivity reporting, vendor funded staff-related report coordination

Key Responsibilities:
• Contract elaboration for DFS Regional Office and alignment with local HR on corporate practices
• Administrative filing management ( health insurance, life insurance….)
• Supervision of the payroll, daily communication with external payroll provider for monthly closure
• Coordination of ICR and PCR review
• Support on HR System to track the employee attendance and support HR C&B Manager on monthly payroll closure
• Coordinate the hiring process by sending communication to payroll external vendor
• Ensure employment data are updated and in compliance with the local labour law
• Support employees on questions regarding employment contracts, bonus letter, company policies
• Coordinate recordkeeping for Employee documentation
• Maintain employee information such as staff personal data
• Maintain employee communication boards
• Perform other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner
• Recruitment of Regional Position when required

Key Requirements:
-College or University Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred but not essential
-5 years in HR Admin and retail environment preferred
-Native French and fluent in English language
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
