Management Trainee participates in on-the-job training, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. Depending on individual performance and business needs, a graduated Management Trainee is expected to assume a leadership role in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
The 18-months Graduate Development Program provides an unparalleled opportunity for emerging leaders to grow and develop their leadership skills through personalized, experiential training under the expert guidance of function managers, coaches & mentors throughout DFS.

The unique aspect of the DFS Graduate Development Program is the rotational nature where Management Trainees are given the opportunity to gain diverse exposure into Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Transformation, Business Partnering, Shared Service, Learning & Development and Store Operations, developing them to be a versatile and agile leader.

Management Trainees are assigned with departmental responsibilities including special assignments and projects, with hands-on exposure to an extensive range of departments and categories. During these rotations, key skills are established and will anchor Management Trainees in their HR career.
Management Trainees are groomed to assume leadership role with global placement opportunities in Human Resources, depending on business needs, performances and individual aspiration.
