Job Description

The Product Support Assistant employee works together with other employees to give high level of customer service by processing and delivering product to the airline gates. This employee will also assist with receiving, stocking, delivering product to all store locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Work together with other DFS personnel to deliver consistently high levels of service to both external and internal customers by processing and delivering customer orders, moving merchandise and supplies between stores and stockroom locations and restocking selling and storage areas in accordance with US Customs regulations and Airport/ DFS policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
This position requires open availability and flexible scheduling between 6 a.m. though 4:00 p.m. This position's regular work schedule is 5 days a week with 2 days off and works 4 hours per shift.
• High School diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Requires the ability to perform a variety of duties related to Flightline/Support.
• These duties may include lifting, climbing, taking out trash, moving in a quick paced environment.
• Must have the ability to lift 35+ pounds
• Able to handle paperwork related to merchandise receipt and supply ordering
• Candidate must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment a plus
• Secondary language speaking beneficial, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment • Good organizational skills, Self-starter and highly motivated. • Basic Math Skills
