Job Description

The incumbent will work with the team to perform the daily operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post invoices, payments, credit notes and inventory adjustments
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare recurring and periodic reconciliations and reports/schedules
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects
• File and archive documents
• Provide information to analysts, officers/supervisors/accountant on issues and queries
• Prepare KPI reports Department Specific Details Accounts Payable
• Process invoice and receipt reconciliation
• Process down payment
• Perform consignment settlement
• Perform invoice adjustments
• Perform GRIR clearing
• Prepare AP related GL account reconciliation
• Perform journal entry and clearing for AP related GL account

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 0-1 year working experience (shared service centre preferred)
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and be computer savvy
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Good written and communication skills
