Job Description

The incumbent will work with the team to perform the daily operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and post invoices, payments and credit notes
2. Prepare and post journal entries
3. Prepare recurring and periodic reconciliations and reports/schedules
4. Clearing of the ledger upon receipt of funds and open items
5. Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects
6. File and archive documents
7. Provide information to analysts, officers/supervisors/accountant on issues and queries
8. Prepare KPI reports

Global Accounts Receivable
1. Prepare balance sheet schedules
2. Prepare Statement of Accounts, BA Salaries/Commission Reports
3. Prepare intercompany memos

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• 0-2 years working experience (shared service centre preferred) handling AP matters

• Must be proficient in MS Excel/computer savvy, SAP experience is an advantage
