Job Description

Plan, manage, monitor, and control the global and divisional marketing budget for all marketing centers of excellence (COEs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control marketing budget and expenditure in close collaboration with the corporate marketing team, divisional store teams, and all finance functional teams. •Consumer Marketing & Branding - Corporate expenditure •Consumer Marketing & Branding - Marketing expenditure - Branding and Creative - Visual Merchandising (Corporate and Divisional) - Internal and Corporate Communications, CSR - PR and Events - Digital Marketing - Category Marketing - Retail Marketing (Corporate and Divisional) - CRM / Client Services (Corporate and Divisional)
• Collaborate closely with COEs to develop mechanics for marketing programs tailoring to the need of each division at different business climates
• Supervising the Project Management team, ensuring smooth and effective planning, preparing and implementing marketing programs
• Define and analyze effectiveness of marketing programs via financial and non-financial KPI’s
• Monitor marketing expenditure against ROI attributing to company wide sales, traffic, and conversion
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures for marketing team; ensure compliance to company policies, accounting treatments, and auditing standards
• Assist and roll out ad hoc projects, such as Business Process Optimization, Visual Assets Management System, Digital Assets Management System, etc.
• Develop and implement controlled environment for all marketing activities against potential risks (e.g., Data Privacy, licensing/copyright of marketing material)
• Advise President of Consumer Marketing and Branding on emergent issues arising from the execution of budgeting related activities

• Proven track-record as business analyst / controller / project management
• Experience with SAP / Excel
• At least 7-10 years of experience
• Experience in working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
• Bachelor’s university degree of accounting or equivalent, MBA beneficial
• Fluent in written and spoken English
