Job Description

This role is to support the Senior Manager of CRM Products & Loyalty Systems on the implementation of Corporate CRM Strategy, customer database management and CRM system projects. The candidate should be able to work independently to liaise with internal stakeholders like Global CRM Department, IT department and other business stakeholders, as well as external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager on implementation of Corporate CRM strategy, customer database management as well as CRM system projects and ensure smooth CS operation.
• Participate and assist in CRM system enhancement projects and on-going maintenance by working closely with IT department and End-Users
• Provide analytics and monitoring on system usage adoption on regular basis
• Improve data accuracy and quality through working closely with CS teams on process improvement opportunities
• Assist in handling User Acceptance Test for CRM systems
• Develop and conduct End User training and briefing
• Work with IT Vendors on related discussion
• Maintain close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate implementation

Key Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in CRM Program
• Experience in handling CRM database management or CRM system projects would be an advantage
• Worked in CRM & Retail industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint and Excel)
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, dynamic and active, strong people skill to deal with diverse working environment.
• Excellent written & communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and proactive with result-driven mindset
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills, able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and vendors
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
