Job Description

Assist in developing and organizing exclusive experiences for top VIP clientele, managing customer feedback after the experience and other related projects. He/she will also be responsible for supporting the interactions with clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience is in place.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Experience Manager (Client) in identifying potential clients, developing experiences, devising communication strategies and ensuring logistical execution
• Research and propose ideas to create memorable experiences for customer and other personalized initiatives
• Update and maintain member preference inventory
• Gather customer feedback post-experience and prepare reports for continuous improvement
• Compile and consolidate reports as/when required

Key Requirements:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• University graduate with minimum 2 years experience, preferably in hospitality / service related industry
• Motivated and passionate to work in a luxury environment
• Demonstrate organizing and planning skills, and able to work independently and as a team
• Good command of spoken and written English; Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese would be advantageous
• Willingness to travel overseas
