Job Description

The candidate who is hired for the position will play a vital role in conceptualizing and developing multi-channel campaigns on Email and SMS that will drive new customer acquisition and nurturing initiatives for all our markets. This is a global role. The best candidate for this role is an individual who can work well in cross-functional teams, think about the customer journey and drive the end-to-end planning and execution of a direct online marketing communication plan. We value process-oriented people with a proven track record of planning and executing campaigns. If you have experience using Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo, that is a plus. An understanding of the China market and its customers is also a value addition to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end ideation and development of personalized, customer-centric and fully automated communications
• Collaborate with cross functional teams for end-to-end campaign development •Attend brainstorming meetings with the brand marketing and promotions teams •Collaborate with creative and editorial leads on content production •Brief in-house/external production resources for campaign build and deployment
• Conceptualize and lead campaign optimizations using data-driven CRM insights
• Collaborate with the CRM Data team to drive targeted segmentation and assess campaign ROI
• Collaborate with the CRM data team to identify new marketing opportunities and growth areas for your channels
• Research industry benchmarks to develop best-in-class campaigns and present these best practices across cross-functional teams
• Utilize deep understanding of data structure, tables, and APIs to build dynamic email templates.
• Develop incentives and strategies to attract leads and execute automated campaigns to nurture and convert them to our customers
• Manage our professional services team to deploy campaigns •Monthly review of campaigns and resource allocation •Timely briefs of campaigns •Ensure that the quality of service being delivered is of the highest standard •Manage the QA process between this team and internal stakeholders
• Plan and execute A/B tests and communicate results/insights to all key stakeholders
• Implement data backed optimization with quick turnaround time OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES TO SUPPORT THE ROLE
• Implement and continuously improve processes
• Ensure alignment with different centers of excellence on the marketing floor, through effective communication and coaching
• Drive Marketing Automation platform implementation as a user with our consultants and Product Owners.
• Partner with in-house and third-party resources to manage projects from concept, development to final delivery
• Effectively prioritize marketing requests based on company and marketing goals and manage expectations with different requesters

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years’ experience in planning and executing personalized email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle
• Experience in an agency - driving digital campaigns for clients in similar industry
• Keen understanding of email marketing, demand generation strategies, and the customer journey
• Analytical and data-driven with an experience of tracking performance and making data-driven optimizations
• Experience conducting A/B tests and multivariate testing
• An eye for design is required and specially email design best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills including experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Excellent project and time management skills (very organized and able to manage multiple projects)
• Attention to detail is essential
• Entrepreneurial ability to independently prioritize initiatives that drive maximum business value
• Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities; grace under fire a must with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent business writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
