Job Description

Our CRM Team is seeking a CRM Campaign Analyst to support report generating, analysis and data extraction for marketing campaigns. You will be an effective liaison among the CRM / Marketing Departments, Information Technology Department, and the external IT vendor. This is a crucial role to our business growth by playing a link across customer insight, campaign execution and sales forecasting/reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide analytical solutions and consumer insights through hands on data-mining to address business needs
• Responsible for regular and ad-hoc customer targeting for marketing campaigns; monitor campaign progress, keep tracking response rate and analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Configure Omni channel marketing communication based on the customer journey in the marketing automation tools
• Perform regular health check on customer database to maintain data cleanliness
• Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to build a comprehensive customer analytics tool and data model for users to get access to member and program data efficiently
• Create reports and analysis to measure program effectiveness, customer purchase behaviors and turn insightful findings into marketing initiatives.

Key Requirements:
• University degree holder in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields
• Min 3 years’ experience in Business Analytics fields
• Retail product knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in BI and CRM related systems (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, SAS)
• Extensive use of SQL Programming in a multi-national working environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiar with CRM software applications and store systems
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
• Exceptional attention to detail and work product validation
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
