The Team Lead/Counter Manager, Beauty, is the primary conduit between the divisional merchant team and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales. Managing, mentoring, and developing a cross-functional sales team, the Counter Manager brings to this role energy, an ability to lead and correct while acting ‘on their feet’ and an intuitive sense to think ahead and problem solve.The Counter Manager is the primary conduit between the PSM the Regional merchant team, the brand and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales. They supervise, mentor and develop a cross-functional sales team, and foster a service environment that empowers the team to create the luxury service experience for our customers. The Counter Manager brings to this role energy, an ability to lead and correct while acting on their feet and an intuitive sense to think ahead and problem solve.

Key Requirements:
**This position requires open availability and flexible scheduling between 4:45 a.m. opening though 2:15 a.m. closing shifts**
• Ability to communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
• 1-2 years of retail experience with accurate and quick transaction handling.
• Must be available to work during store operating hours of 4:45 a.m. - 2:15 a.m.• Provide high quality customer service.
