Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
• Report to Senior Manager, Talent Management and support the Corporate & Global Merchandising division
• Partner with our Talent Specialists and Hiring Managers to coordinate high volume interviews
• Facilitate a world class experience to our internal talents / external candidates as they go through interview journey
• Prioritize, organize, and manage multiples schedules and projects efficiently under tight timeline and fast-paced environment
• Follow up post-interview feedback from Hiring Manager and candidates on timely manner
• Manage and maintain accurate talent database/reports on daily basis
• Be the administrator for DFS career page and local job board; ensure job adverts are well formatted and attractive before posting
• Work on special projects with our Head of Global Talent Acquisition (CoE)
• Assist in adhoc projects / internal coordination upon request.
