Job Description

The Consumer Marketing Specialist has a key co-ordination and execution role that supports DFS Vietnam delivery of exceptional product and experience to our customers in all retail locations. The Consumer Marketing Specialist’s main responsibilities are as follows.
• Responsible for developing retail activation with world-class standards, in a timely and efficient manner, and with a solid business KPI
• Responsible for executing the approved global activation and Marketing campaign in line with the global promotional calendar, update promotional calendar and communication and collateral to reflect the latest store promotions and information
• Ensure the location teams are well briefed, necessary merchandise and collateral is on hand to support the promotion, it is smoothly implemented in store and then afterwards provides a post mortem analysis on the results
• Work with store Visual Merchandise team to ensure the proper space is dedicated and set-up is installed supporting the promotion on time
• Work with Promotion Specialist to coordinate support from vendors on category promotion
• Plan and execute effective communication strategies to target independent travelers, to create brand and campaign awareness, and to drive traffic
• Manage digital Marketing assets including fan pages on social networks like Facebook, WeChat, Line, Zalo… to strengthen online engagement with travelers regarding store events and offers
• Evaluate campaigns by tracking results, capturing high quality campaign images and videos, identifying learnings and opportunities for future implementations
• Monitor the promotion effectiveness and at the end of the promotion, collate sales and productivity results relating to the promotional period
• Actively promote the DFS brand and a strong positive professional image at all times

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or equivalent is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in consumer-focused marketing area: Fashion, FMCG, Beauty, Retail or Luxury industry. Experience in Retail Marketing or Merchandising in a retail environment is highly desired.
• Strong Command of English language, written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Have good network and business relationship with local Marketing and Merchandise Agencies/Suppliers
• Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to details
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Have knowledge and skills in Digital Marketing, comfortable with running Facebook, Google campaigns
• Having basic graphic design skills and basic command of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is preferable
