Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the support and execution of brands strategies and promotion plans in the area, assisting the travel industry marketing and sales organization to achieve the strategic and financial goals of the brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow-up with assigned TA accounts to maximize pax, sales, penetration and profit
• Explore new Travel Agency (TA) accounts to increase market penetration
• To maintain relationship with all travel agents as well as business travel industrial related companies, e.g. hotels, airlines, etc.
• Coordinate with Customer Services Team and Stores for group visits
• Compile all kinds of sales report by accessing CMS
• Handle TA administration including basic information update/amendment and issuance of new TA accounts and related documentation
• Well learn the market trend and intelligence, assist the assistant manager to provide weekly/monthly conducted forecast in time
• Prepare general correspondences and clear communications with TAs and filing
• Coordinate with Stores and internal departments for incentive and promotional programs and related trainings/briefings
• Conduct market survey and research with in-store customers and collect secondary market research information and compile for management information
• Complete manager’s job assigned as request in time and accurately

Key Requirements:
• University degree in business, marketing, hospitality or language
• 3-4 years relevant working experience
