As the first point of contact for DFS customers both over the phone and face to face, you will be passionate in dealing with people, greeting customers with a smile and pride yourself on your positive and helpful approach. Your high standards of customer service will support our vision to provide the ultimate luxury experience for our customers.

Key Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (Essential)
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Attention to detail;
Ability to multi-task, take the initiative and be proactive in serving the needs of customers;
Previous experience in a customer service role and a commitment to the highest standards of customer service;
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays;
A desire to build a career with DFS.
