Job Description

The Communications and Digital Content Specialist is responsible for managing content and process for the Digital Black Book; the end-to-end process of content procurement to online publishing and QA as well as owning many hats in the content workflow to ensure business needs are met. They need to be a creative, open-minded, critical and strategic thinker, and be able to look at the big picture while taking care of day-to-day operations. They must be open to learning interdisciplinary skills and related technologies to stay effective and relevant and have the ability to spot emerging trends. They must be responsible for contributing to the success of internal and external communications goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Digital Content Calendars (multiple), creative assets and product content for Social Media platform to improve our ranking
• Data management, tracking, scheduling, analyzing results and effectiveness of projects
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop digital campaigns that supports Global and Local promotions and events.
• Cross-functional project coordination for existing business processes and new launches/roll outs planned.
• Research and analysis of our target customers to enhance their Social Media experience and engagement
• Copy writing and copy editing for advertising and Social Media
• Photography and photo editing for various projects
