Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver digital products under Agile framework, from conception to design, build, test, deploy • Gather and analyze business requirements. Document business requirements as user stories at conceptual level and detailed levels • Support Product Owner in connecting with development team to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met • Understand business objectives and clarify use of system to support business objectives • Discuss and suggest best practices for business processed with business partners • Conduct feasibility studies based on higher level requirements & existing systems • Facilitate user meetings and Agile ceremonies • Convert user requirements into system requirements • Study and document processes, functions and business rules for different application systems • Provide logical solution and data models for new applications and changes to existing systems • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams in defining QA testing scope and approach and clarifying requirements • Manage User Acceptance Testing for enhancements and projects • Manage user training or conduct user training for new development • Support innovation in digital e-commerce solutions

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Computing, Communication or related; advanced degree preferred. • Project Management Institute Certified • 3-5 years of experience in leading project teams • 3-5 years of customer facing experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Effective communication • Scrum Certification agile experience preferred • Strong experience in implementing and supporting digital products, focusing on e-commerce. • Good knowledge and understanding of digital interface design processes and technologies (e.g. Information Architecture, UX, UI & Interaction Design, Creative Design) • Knowledge of trends in digital products • Fluent English and Chinese
