Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clerical support to Regional Beauty Team in the daily administration of merchandise duties which includes statistical reporting, analysis and clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run, edit and compile various reports.
• Manage Testers/ samples/ Gifts with purchase
• Run monthly results Contest/Spiff and submit Payout
• Track, receive, log and distribute collaterals which includes gratis, uniforms, merchandise, samples, gifts with purchase (GWP) and non-live “dummy” samples.
• Assist management team to prepare for the promo meetings by running statistics and copying data for distribution.
• Assist in preparation and tasks related to in-store promotions
• Store visits to the shops and warehouse.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum two years cosmetics experience
• Learn and be proficient with various company systems (MCS, INSIGHT, VST,
SACOMM, DocuSign, etc.)
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet established deadlines
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising and/store operations experience preferred.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a variety of organizational levels.
• Good at problem solving abilities and handling multiple priorities.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years clerical, retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Valid Driver License required.
• Able to work with deadlines and high-pressure office.
• Must be able to work well with other personnel at various levels, be team-oriented.
• Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Must be able to maintain a satisfactory attendance record.

• Work environment – describe (retail and office setting, air conditioned with cement/tile flooring).
• Reach, grasp, kneel squat/bend, push/pull, stand, sit, lift/carry: exert up to 20 pounds and walk.
