Job Description

Work directly with the Senior Manager - Strategy & Market Development to manage business and data insights for the team. Lead analysis for PAX forecasting and provide insights across divisions. Produce regular reports for operations teams and senior management. Support the Business Development team on market sizing and PAX insights for market opportunity analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and Analysis
• Manage the PAX (traveler/consumer) forecasting process and produce insights to share across operations teams and divisions in order to inform business strategy.
• Provide market intelligence and consumer insight expertise to business units on market forecasts, consumer trends, competitor analysis.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of macro and micro environment, global tourism dynamics, luxury and travel retail trends.
• Create detailed market study and opportunity analyses for new market entry plans or the development of existing markets. Project Management and Consulting
• Partner with the division Travel Industry Marketing Managers to keep abreast of PAX updates and market changes.
• Manage the consolidation, analysis and reporting process of the monthly PAX forecasting and market update.
• Work with the Director to support the various business units identify and prioritize strategic business opportunities using rigorous quantitative analysis integrated with consumer insights.
• Assist with ad-hoc cross-functional projects. Reporting and Communications
• Deliver monthly PAX forecast reports to operation teams and senior management
• Assist with the production of regular reporting and presentations to LVMH/BOD
• Support various additional projects requiring reporting and communications

Key Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 3-4 years in consulting environment highly desired
• Project management experience
• Strong strategic planning and analysis background
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin written and spoken is an asset)
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Highly organized, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong communicator who is comfortable working with a range of internal stakeholders – senior management, store operations, marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate into actionable insights/recommendations
• Analytical with strong affinity for number and high proficiency with spreadsheets
• Positive, pro-active and flexible work style and can work under pressure
