Job Description

The Assistant Manager is part of the HR team and will be a trusted business partner providing sound HR advice and support to the Corporate functions in Singapore. Ideally, the candidate will be an individual with good organizational, time management, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management
• Support the talent management process through the recruitment and selection of talent, prepare salary proposals that are attractive and preserves internal equity; as well as manage the offer process.
• Prepare employment related contracts (including contract renewals, promotion, internal transfer, new appointment etc.) and manage the offer process with both external and internal candidates.
• Promote a positive employee experience by ensuring smooth execution on defined operations processes, including pre-boarding and onboarding, new hire orientation, exit process, employee movement etc.
• Communicate and work closely with the Global HR Shared Services team to ensure that HRIS updates and payroll matters are performed in an accurate and timely manner. Performance Management
• Facilitate the performance and Talent management trainings, discussions and reviews with business leaders in accordance with the corporate guidelines and drive a performance driven culture.
• Provide coaching to managers in the operation and effective use of the Performance and Career Review system - LVMHTalent, to educate their roles and responsibilities as Managers.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers on employee-related matters.
• Facilitate the annual merit reviews and discussions with business leaders in accordance with the corporate guidelines. Employee Engagement
• Review employee engagement initiatives, organize and execute employee engagement activities.
• Review company pulse survey, work with business leaders to identify the areas for improvement and actions plan Budgeting
• Work with business leaders to estimate an accurate budget to cope with business needs and talent development

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years working experience in HR Business Partnering roles in sizeable organization. Detailed knowledge and practical experience in HR.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to work effectively as part of a team
• Good time management, organizational, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated ability to get things done, willing to think outside of the box
• Experience effectively communicating in a culturally diverse environment and across a variety of position levels with astuteness and sensitivity;
• Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
