Job Description

In this role, the Assistant Manager/Manager HR Business Performance Optimization will report to the Director HR Business Performance Optimization and help provide support in key HR projects and delivery. This includes (but not limited to) working with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of all HR technological projects, testing, leading implementation tracks, updating of all project documentations and participation in discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience working on HR systems and is able to understand data structures and translate business requirements into system requirements. In addition, he/she will
• Participate in all HR technology projects such as commission systems overhaul, HR transformation project etc.
• Perform data extraction and preparation
• Perform data cleansing and other systems related work
• Drafting, creation and updating of project documentations.
• Preparation of training documents & delivery of training to users
• Preparation of communications
• Troubleshooting of issues raised and addressing concerns raised, proposing solutions or provide workarounds to overcome issues
• Tracking and ensure follow up on all project discussion and action items
• Partner with other HR team members to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in all system testing, i.e. Legal change patches, UAT.
• Manage and administer HR systems
• Liaise with IT team, vendors and all stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented according to requirements, objectives and within stipulated timelines.
• Participate in process improvement
• Conduct workshops and discussions
• Assist with HR operational work when required
• And all other tasks as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in HR or equivalent
• 3-5 years of HRIS or project management experience
• CAPM or PMP certifications a plus but not a must
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SAPHR)
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Effective communication skills with various levels of management
