Key Responsibilities:

• To provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
• To arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule
• To prepare various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials
• To coordinate and manage store’s business-related activities
• To assist Senior Management in preparing and updating daily reports and analysis
• To perform duties assigned by the Manager

Key Requirements:

• Formal secretarial training and Degree holder is an advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience with holding similar position in serving senior management in multinational companies
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is essential
• Capable of handling multi-tasks and Ad-hoc projects
• Well versed in computer skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
