Travel Industry Marketing Intern

The Intern will join Travel Industry Marketing Team and will support the team in order to create a smooth welcoming for conducted customers visiting the store and contributing to grant them an unforgettable experience at Fondaco dei Tedeschi.

MAIN TASKS:

Support in welcoming international conducted clients (tour groups visiting the store)

Support in contents creation for Marketing campaigns via We Chat

Collecting data and check documents compliance

Support in administrative activities

REQUIREMENTS:

Good communication skills
Strong confidentiality
Team working attitude and flexibility
Problem Solving, precision, attention to the detail
Customer focus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent Chinese, English, Italian
