We are seeking an exceptional Distribution Center Supervisor in our Torrance, CA facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and 5 years warehouse experience, will also be a quality-driven professional with the talent and passion to help strengthen and grow the DFS Distribution Center. This role will supervise DFS employees and temporary service employees in reverse logistics/inventory operations. Job Description



  • Organizing all aspects of Reverse Logistics (RTV, IDT, Repairs, Destructions, etc.)
  • Communicating with PSM’s, Merchandisers and Planners.
  • Ensuring stock is received, verified, written out of stock, packed up and shipped according to guidelines set forth in the SOP, utilizing the other team members for assistance.
  • Train staff in the proper manner regarding the SOP’s of reverse logistic (RL) concerns.
  • Daily monitoring of RL’s to ensure we stay within timeframe guidelines.
  • Updating the Reverse Logistics log and communicating to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Organization of Duty Free / Duty Paid damages – utilizing the team for assistance
  • Processing of paperwork to Inventory Control as appropriate
  • Proper receipt, storage and processing of damaged merchandise
  • Organizing Damages documentation for customs destruction
  • Comply with DFS, Airport, & C-TPAT security policies and procedures


Key Requirements

Prior warehouse supervisory experience required


College level preferred



Good verbal and written communication skills

Leadership & Organization skills

Attention to detail

WMS proficiency

PC skills required – MS Office Suite

Forklift and Order Picker certified

Ability to perform multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work flexible shifts
