Store Finance Manager

Job Description

Lead Financial Operating & Control management
• Leads the management team in achieving Sales and Operating Income targets
• Analyze and develop business stimulation. Ensures financial and operating controls.
Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Plan
• Contact of division management and the BP&A hub relevant to Budgets, Forecasts and Strategic Plans.
• Reviews the Corporate deliverables and provides feedback to the BP&A hub to ensure that the deliverables are accurate, timely and communicated effectively.
• Collaborates with Group, Corporate and Merchandising executives on key assumptions.
• Coordinates the monthly financial close with the accounting, shared services and Corporate Reporting teams 

Conversion and Productivity:
• Develop execution plans in implementing conversion strategy, including key performance indicators, reporting templates.
• Increase productivity of stores and back of house processes

Other Job Duties and Responsibilities: Internal control review and improve. Prepare monthly KPI report and Coupa system operating

Project Management:
• Support the development of projects through leading the financial works with corporate and division stakeholders. 
Manage project budget and timeline. Maintain up to date market intelligence

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years financial/ retail management experience required with the critical skills:

  • Ability to synthesize a complex data into actionable information
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment and analytical skills
  • Inventory Management experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English required
  • Curious, self-motivated, autonomous individual
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools. Familiar use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
