Sr Specialist, Talent Support

What you'll be doing?

The Senior Talent Support Specialist role  is part of the operations team supporting talent and financial operations. The role is focused on the effectiveness of payroll and employee related expense lines in the business unit, connected on staffing related administration such as staff attendance recordkeeping, productivity reporting, vendor-funded staff-related report coordination, location staff commission calculation and incentives tracking. In addition, they are responsible for staff leave administration, ensuring that staff are scheduled effectively, and the operation has appropriate floor coverage and effective on-boarding for new staff transitioning to the location team. This role requires experience using excel and technical skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue monthly staff schedules.

  • Analytical and data analysis

  • Manage staff time off requests and amendments.

  • Maintain accurate time and attendance records and Prepare regular attendance reports.

  • Produce and distribute staff sales productivity reports.

  • Manage POS system employee user access.

  • Prepare, track, and maintian vendor billing reports

  • Administer approved commission and incentive schemes.

  • Process invoice payments and accounts payable tasks.

  • Coordinate staff training schedules and logistics.

  • Maintain training records.

  • Be a champion for workplace safety and compliance

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent preferred, not essential.

  • 2+ years in retail environment and administrative experience required. Payroll and financial experience highly desired

  • Able to effectively communicate and operate in a culturally diverse environment with astuteness and sensitivity

  • Must have high degree of integrity and confidentiality with a keen sense of business and financial acumen

  • Accuracy and attention to detail and numbers

  • Able to work under deadlines and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels

  • Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Function as a resourceful and proactive team member

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

The pay range of this position is $25 - $35/hour. Actual rate will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors.
