What you'll be doing?

### Core Responsibilities:

#### Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to enhance business growth and market presence.

#### Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

#### Negotiation and Agreement Management:
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Manage the lifecycle of partnership agreements, including renewals and terminations.

#### Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support partnership activities and objectives.

#### Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on partnership activities, performance, and outcomes.

#### Market and Industry Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

#### Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth through partnerships.
- Develop and present business cases for potential partnerships to senior management.

#### Event Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify partnership opportunities.

#### Marketing and Promotion:

### Qualifications and Skills:

#### Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- An MBA or other advanced degree can be advantageous.

#### Experience:
- Extensive experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, typically 5-10 years.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic partnerships.

#### Skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
