What you'll be doing?
Core Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and market positioning.
- Identify target audiences, develop marketing plans, and select appropriate marketing channels.

Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, advertising, public relations, and events.
- Oversee campaign execution, track performance, and analyze results to optimize future campaigns.

Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Handle hiring, training, and performance management.

Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments (sales, product development, finance) and external stakeholders (agencies, partners, media).
- Build and maintain relationships crucial for successful marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis and Market Research:
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

- Regularly report on marketing performance, campaign results, and key metrics to senior management.
- Communicate marketing insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Extensive experience in marketing, typically 5-10 years, is expected for a Senior Marketing Manager position.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is also highly valued.
