Specialist, Store Finance/O&C
Job Description
- Sales analysis
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports, and ad hoc travel industry/retail industry reports
- Research and consolidate travel passenger data from various sources to report summaries and analysis
- Prepare store promotions targets and results analysis
- Financial administration
- Renew and maintain register of permits, licenses, concession bonds, LOC
- Prepare annual insurance renewals, COI (Certificate of Insurance Request and Maintenance).
- Receive/sort/deposit weekly bank checks and prepare related journal entries
- Prepare and distribute LPC (local print check)
- Foreign currency counters weekly update and report
- Contracts/documents management and administration
- Process POs/Invoices for finance department
- Prepare financial statement report & expense detail for distribution
Key Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Educational Requirements: |
Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Retail industry experience desired. |
Work Experience: |
2 - 3 years of experience in office/business |
Equipment/Tools: |
Proficiency in MS Microsoft computer applications. Must have good Excel knowledge with understanding of excel formulas. |
