Specialist, Merchandising (Contractor)

What you'll be doing?

6 months full-time contract

 

Master Data Governance
•    Review all Master Data to ensure compliance with company standards, upon registering products in DFS
•    Liaise with Vendor for product Master Data collection, ensuring data quality is compliant with company standards
•    Liaise with DFS Merchandising for product Master Data attributes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
•    Onboard data into PIM and perform quality checks to register Products in DFS and create Article codes 
•    Enrich and/or maintain Master Data in PIM, as communicated by the Merchandising group or Vendor

 

Listing & Pricing 
•    Execute Article listing & delisting by location in SAP, as communicated by the Merchandising group
•    Execute Cost & Retail Price changes in SAP, as communicated by the Merchandising group 
•    Execute Promotion Price changes in SAP, as communicated by the Merchandising group 
•    Communicate Price change details to internal Partners for implementation
•    Handle Purchase Price Discrepancies (in partnership with Finance team) 

 

Purchase Orders
•    Create DFS Purchase Orders in DFS Merchandise System, as communicated by the Merchandising group
•    Confirm successful transmission of DFS Purchase Order to external Partners

 

Other(s)
•    Master Data & Retail Price Governance reporting to the Organization
•    Communicate with internal and external Partners to resolve issues related to product data, price discrepancies, and purchase orders
•    Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by MDM Manager or Director
•    Offer solution to improve effectiveness and efficiency, and meet KPI’s
