Specialist, Loyalty Program Operation

What you'll be doing?

Support the Line Manager to create an attractive loyalty program offers to drive member engagement and retention through new initiatives and offers.

Work closely with Divisional Client Services Teams and provide effective day-to-day support including all aspects of program and membership management. The candidate should be able to work independently to liaise with internal stakeholders such as Store team, Merchandising team, Legal & Compliance, IT and other business stakeholders, as well as external vendors.

 

Member Engagement & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing loyalty-focused marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate promotional materials for the loyalty program initiatives
  • Track and report on the success of loyalty-related campaign or benefits
  • Develop ideas for increasing member participation and usage of member benefits

 

Program Development

  • Support the strategic planning of program design, create new reward engagement tools to drive member engagement & retention activities
  • Assistant Support the creation of Use case and participate in UAT for new engagement activities & program features

 

Program Operations

  • Lead the corporate operation team to uphold guidelines & procedures standards, ensure consistency across divisions and touchpoints and in compliance with relevant policies at all Divisions.
  • Work with Divisions, Risk, Legal & Compliance to ensure the program meet the LVMH requirements.
  • Manage and develop training documents SOP and any other documentation required for program operation and audit purposes
  • Key contact person on day-to-day operation with Divisions and help to solve any enquiries & issues.
  • Monitor the expense of corporate team and invoice processing for collaterals or any items required for the Divisional Client Services Teams

Ideal Candidate

  • University degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience or retail industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with result-driven mindset
  • Excellent written & communication skills in both English and Chinese. (Proficient in Putonghua is a plus.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Excellent in interpersonal and presentation skills
