Social Media Specialist / Assistant Manager (6 months contract)

 

We are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist/Assistant Manager who is both experienced and dynamic to join our global team. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong foundation in social media management and strategy development for this position. Your responsibilities will include assisting the line manager in the development and implementation of social media strategies that align with our business objectives, managing official social accounts on Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and other platforms, supporting influencer marketing campaigns, participating in the KOC incubation program, and fostering partnerships. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Social Media Strategy & Management: 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategy across several platforms, with a focus on XHS and Instagram. 
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, create regular reports, and offer suggestions for improvement. 

KOL/KOC Strategy & Management: 

  • Collaborate with the agency to identify and engage KOLs/KOCs to enhance brand visibility and credibility. 
  • Oversee execution excellence across KOL/KOC campaigns executed in markets. 

Partnership & Collaboration Handling: 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to carry out campaigns. 

Agency Management: 

  • Oversee agency activities to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. 

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin ; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in social media strategy and management. Less experience may be considered for a Specialist role. 
  • Experience in handling social media platforms, especially XHS and Instagram. 
  • Previous experience in handling KOLs is an advantage. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
