Senior Specialist, HR Finance & Projects

Job Description

 

The main duties will be to provide a solid backbone to Global HR for financial data support and measurement. Candidate will have strong understanding on confidentiality and producing value-added management reports and research.

 

This is an opportunity for either a recent graduate with a strong statistics or finance background or someone with experience in an administration/ analytical role.

 

  • Aid in Corporate payroll and Global HR expense planning & tracking
  • Bridging with Singapore Controller Teams on collecting data and monitoring all the HR related cost activities
  • Conduce annual audit with internal & external auditor
  • Provide analysis, insight and data visualization using different reporting software/tool to enforce policy and procedure 
  • Maintain up-to-date reporting, analysis and presentation in support of Global HR initiatives
  • Carry out any other work designated by Senor Manager, Business Transformation or Management Team with given timeline
     

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in  HR or Finance related function or similar analytical role
  • Experience with operating HRIS & Finance systems, ie. SAP, Success Factor and BPC consolidation
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and superior attention to detail
  • A self-starter who is able to work with ambiguity and passion to learn and grow
