Senior Product Analyst, CRM (Salesforce)

Job Description

 

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join our DFS Global Technology team. This candidate will work under the direction of the IT Product Manager to evaluate the business needs, recommend, and create Salesforce CRM/Marketing solutions to enable our product vision. Ideal candidates will possess a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and communication skills. The role involves working collaboratively with different functions within various levels and departments of the organization to deliver business strategy and outcomes. Candidate should be driven, result-oriented, resourceful, eager to learn and with a passion for technology.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the successful implementation of DFS Salesforce related solutions across global markets
  • Prepare and present periodic status updates to the management and PMO team
  • Lead discovery workshops to elicit requirements, construct development backlog and/or prototypes, and develop requirement documentations and/or release notes based on story refinement with the DFS business teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain holistic understanding of requirements, thereafter perform business process modeling, gap analysis and impact / risk assessments to form solution recommendations
  • Actively manage and participate in the development (configurations, customizations, integrations) and testing of solutions, and provide clarifications to technical and business teams where necessary
  • Work with users on training and adoption
  • Responsible for production support, maintenance, and compliance of Salesforce related solutions
  • Act as DFS’ CRM subject matter expert by realizing Salesforce value propositions and platform capabilities to achieve business outcomes
  • Support users in marketing automation strategies and implementation, including planning, emails, campaign automations and performance monitoring to improve business engagement across all channels
  • Keep up to date on Salesforce releases and new features, industry trends and innovations to provide informed, strategic and relevant recommendations, ensuring continuous improvement of the Salesforce solutions

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience  with Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Must)
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator (Good-to-Have)
    Certified Scrum Master (Good-to-Have) 
  • Demonstrate understanding of systems architecture and concepts
  • Experience in various Salesforce products or complementary middleware components including Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft etc
  • Must have developed specifications along with partners/suppliers for Salesforce components, including data integration with other systems
  • Comfortable building and demonstrating prototypes in Salesforce
  • Strong background in leading multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivery success
  • Work independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements, crafting user stories and backlog refinement with minimal supervision
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum is preferred
  • Good understanding of the Chinese market is a bonus
  • Experience in using work management and collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Slack
  • Required to collaborate with stakeholders from various time zones
  • Occasional travel is required
