Senior Manager, Global Operational Excellence

Job Description

Champion Global Operational Efficiency and Collaboration

  • Identify key business and operations challenges in partnership with President, Global Retail Operation, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and General Managers
  • Develop and lead operational efficiency projects that allow store teams to #WorkSmarter
  • Lead Solution Lab framework implementation in all stores, including training, facilitation, and design support for divisional teams • Maintain constant communication with Global Store Ops leadership, champion collaboration and teamwork
  • Identify and document best operational practices across the store network, facilitate sharing and adoption of those practices
  • Assistant on and lead ad-hoc / special projects as needed

Lead Key Global Store Ops Initiatives & Represent the Voice of Store Ops Community in Corporate

  • Take lead on key Global Store Ops initiatives and projects, clearly identify priorities, manage project on time and within budget 
  • Establish a constant feedback loop with store ops partners to evaluate effectiveness of projects and implement continuous improvement cycles
  • Act as a key representative and voice of Global Store Ops community in corporate offices and global projects

Contribute Towards Global Store Ops Strategy Development

  • Be a strategic thought partner for Global Store Ops team and leadership
  • Develop strategic plans, drive execution ensuring attainment of set objectives

Develop & Coach Team Members and Store Partners

  • Provide guidance and development opportunities for key store talents
  • Coach and develop the global Customer Experience team

Key Requirements

  • College or University Degree in Business or similar discipline required, MBA preferred
  • More than 8 years of progressive Retail experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior store operations experience in a managerial position. This includes core competencies such as leadership, sales, people management, operations analysis, project management.
