What you'll be doing?
Phygital Experience & Digital Channel Strategy
• Lead media buy strategy and execution, drive new lead(customer) to online-offline sales from investment, to meet pre-set ROI
• Lead digital platform strategy with consumer journey design for online-offline to enhance consumer experience and conversion(conversion from digital or to convert in-store)
• Bring best-in-class customer centric capability to our top stores(markets) to provide best phygital experience design according to target audience profile
Digital Platform Operation
• Operate multiple digital platforms (dotcom, eShop, OAs) to drive traffic to land to DFS platforms and store
• Coordinate with merchants and brands to identify online assortment/SKU strategy and priority
• Manage online journey tracking and enhancements through Sensors Tracking and Google Analytics
• Search optimization with SEO
Digital Marketing & Digital Content
• Plan digital touchpoint update according to DFS campaigns & brand investment, dial up DFS USP and branding with digital
• Lead digital content strategy, leverage social insight and digital platform’s cooperation, plan digital content matrix fits for different platforms with better ROI
• Plan & optimize socialized digital content to drive consumer engagement and conversion, utilize DFS content from one platform to different digital platforms with AI tool to drive content efficiency, and to adapt with platforms’ consumer needs
• Prioritize SKU content upload by analyzing performance of each SKUs by sales and by traffic on digital channels
Digital Insights & Analytic
• Social listening and insight to guide internal decision on investment and content planning
• Leveraging marketing data tracking through real-time dashboard to showcase marketing learning to core stakeholders
Technical Knowledge with Digital Tools
• Understand the market trend on digital product, download industry best practice and platforms new digital tool golden case for potential DFS implementation
• Act as bridge between commercial team and IT to translate business needs into clear consumer journey connecting online/offline platforms
Ideal Candidate
Educational
• Bachelor degree above in Business/digital development preferred with good business acumen
• Fluent in English and Chinese, mandarin is a plus
Work Experience
• 8+ years of solid digital/omnichannel experience, with proven organization and execution experience with internal/external parties preferred
• Must be digital savvy, in-depth understanding in PRC digital platforms and PRC shopper, with at least 2 year+ experience cooperating with China-based agency
• Experience in beauty, luxury or traveler relevant business is a plus
People Management
• Manages the overall performance of all team members developing and recognizing the top talent and addressing the performance of team members with developmental areas
• Efficiency communication to upper-level stakeholders to get alignment on key initiatives/new ideas
• Strong communication skill with cross-functions to drive timely discussion and alignment
