DFS Global Technology is seeking a Product Analyst to lead the implementation of retail systems globally. This candidate will be responsible in rolling out retail systems that address business needs. This candidate should possess a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong communication skills. The role involves working collaboratively with different technology and business functions within various levels of the organization to deliver business objectives.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and manage multiple delivery plans across DFS’ global omni retail program, including project management, risk & issue management, communication, and change management 
  • Lead and drive business requirements analysis, delivery plan on business solutions and processes, considering risk management and cost-benefit analyses
  • Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology implementation or consulting
  • Professional/technology certification desirable
  • Strong business analysis experience, project and process management in travel industry and/or retail operations
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and deliver quality work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Knowledge of current technology trends in application development

 

This role is based in Singapore, but occasional travel may be required
