Personal Assistant
Job Description
The Personal Assistant provides administrative support to Vice President of Retail Operations, Oceania and team. Acting as the representative of the Company and a point of contact, the Personal Assistant will be dealing with callers, emails and managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. The Personal Assistant will effectively respond and pass on messages or highlight them for the VP's attention.
Key Requirements
University degree preferred or equivalent work experience (Minuimum 5-years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment reporting to senior level executive)
High Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar software; database experience helpful.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills; able to compose and edit correspondence.
Self-starter, able to work independently and interactively with the VP and staff.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Professional, personable, and diplomatic in all communications and interactions.
