Partnership Manager
Job Description
Purpose and Objective of Position
Working directly with VP of Leads Generation to develop and manage local and global partnership, aiming to generate leads from partners’ resources and drive incremental sales. After exploring partnership opportunity, the partnership manager is also responsible for executing and monitoring business performance of partnership cooperation.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
I) Exploring and developing partnership
• Support on potential partner analysis and exploration
• Evaluating potential partnership opportunities from global or local team
• Support and follow up partnership development
• Analysing financial impact and setting up the best cooperation mechanics with partners
II) Executing partnership project
• Working as a project manager to coordinate between other functional teams and store divisions
• Connect with global & regional teams on offer preparation, project briefing and implementation
• Support and communicate with partners during cooperation and campaigns
• Conclude and share performance of the partners
III) Strategy
• Support in strategy formulation and execution, through facilitating workshops and follow up analysis
• Project and new business opportunity/development analysis, planning and presentation support
• Support developing strategic partnership and partnership relationship management

• Division Operations – Store Marketing/partnership manager
• Store and global Finance teams
• Innovation Tank teams
• Retail marketing, RTR, Category Marketing etc.
• China Division
Key Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree
Work Experience: 5 years solid experience in business development, partnership and operational support in sizable companies; preferably in retail industry /travel industry/financial industry (from banks, card organizations are preferred)
Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge in Power BI
• Strong people skill and BD skill
• Strong analytical skills and in financial modelling
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills
