Come and work in an exceptional and multicultural environment! We are looking for a Watch & Jewelry Sales Team Leader (F / M)!

He/she oversees the development of a sales team, and promotes the autonomy and versatility of the team to create a luxury service experience for our customers: he/she promotes team spirit and ensures the best conditions of sale to the teams.

The Sales Team Leader is the main contact between the Sales Manager, the purchasing team, the brand and the customer, ensuring a seamless customer experience in line with the Store's identity while boosting sales.
It must be flexible and welcome change and improvements in a constructive way. His optimism and his rigor are essential assets of his personality.

Team management :
• Ensure the team has clear goals and objectives that remain focused on customer experience and productivity goals.
• Supervise the sales floor: ensure that there is high energy and a positive experience in the sales floor for staff and customers.
     - Observe, coach and react to what is happening to continuously improve the customer experience and team productivity.
     - Manage the visibility of the team on the sales advisors space to optimize the number of sales in this space
• Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives, while adopting an exemplary role.
• Grow team members • Prepare and participate in annual individual performance reviews by providing relevant and specific feedback.
• Ensure follow-up of mowed formations to the teams. • Participate in the recruitment and selection of sales consultants.

Sales and customer experience Product management:
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of the products and brands within its scope, and ensure the same choice within its team.
• Maintain the presentation of the retail space in accordance with the requirements of the brands and DFS.
• Give feedback to the Sales Manager to ensure the development of the commercial strategy (promotions, seasonal sales, etc.)
• Ensure the good level of stocks

Key Requirements

Ideally, you have taken a management course and have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
You are fluent in French and English. A third language would be a plus.
You are a person recognized for your interpersonal skills and your leadership.
You know how to adapt to a multicultural context.

JOB-RELATED CONSTRAINTS:
 Knowledge of the "codes" of the luxury trade
Extended standing position 
Weekend work (Sunday included) and public holidays
