Legal Internship Business Law – La Samaritaine (F/M) April. - July 25

 

Your Missions:

Integrated into the legal department of Samaritaine Department Store and in close contact with the operational teams, you will be fully involved in the management of the legal affairs of the company. Working alongside a legal manager, you will be involved on cross-functional missions, both in support of lawyers and advising operational contacts in the following areas:

  • Assistance in the drafting and negotiating commercial and marketing contracts (Art loans agreements/operating agreements/GTC/partnerships, etc.),
  • Advice to operational teams on contract distribution, competition and consumer law,
  • Legal assistance in connection with department stores' projects (e.g. digitalization of legal activities, matters relating to Artificial Intelligence tools, etc.),
  • Research and occasional assistance in compliance matters,
  • Preparation of trainings and participation in training sessions
  • More generally, legal research and writing of notes.

 

PROFILE :

  • Master 1 in Business law,
  • International background or experience appreciated,
  • Good knowledge of distribution and contract law, particularly through a previous internship in a firm or company, ideally in the distribution sector,
  • Fluency in English and French (Speaking and writting),
  • Computers skills,
